You Deserve To Be Happy!!!

If you are reading this description, then you are tired of:

…Feeling alone

…Feeling confused

…The same pattern that is getting you nowhere.

Most importantly, you are tired of hurting.

If you believe no one understand. Then, you are wrong.

We fully understand the struggles of living with the past, while attempting to live in the present. Having difficulties with trusting love ones and friends. Easily angered by the actions or gestures of another person. Isolating yourself from others. Having difficulty with sleeping, eating and feeling jumpy.  Now, you are ready to feel in control of your life.

Are you tired of feeling uninterested?

Trauma affects the way we interact with others, our ability to function daily and how we perceive the world around us. Unfortunately, many will believe the emotional and physical anguish he or she has experience is a part of life.

 Are you alone?

It has been estimated that 8% of people have PTSD.  About 24.4 million people have experienced direct or indirect exposure to actual or threatened violence, severe physical, emotional and mental damages. Of those numbers about 33% of women have been sexually assaulted. 30% of children in the U.S has been exposed to trauma every year. The same for war veterans.  These numbers do not take away from your experience. Unfortunately, seeking trauma treatment was not at the forefront of your mind. No one wants to relive the most tough time in his or her life.
